Haul!!! Including MAC, Bobbi Brown, Lancome and More!!!

Haul! From MAC, Bobbi Brown, Lancome, Boots, Superdrug, and a few extra bits

First the MAC

First, I got a MAC Glitter In Gold, which I'm kind of confused by because MAC Glitters are a Pro product, but the store i went into was definitely not a pro store... so yea really weird? But anyway its soooooooo preetttttyyyyy, and looks like Woodwinked eyeshadow but in Glittery!

See! its sooo pretty!

Next MAC BlackTrack Fluidline, which I loveee.

So I thought I'd get some MAC eyeshadows!!! So I did a little research online and I got 4 Pan Eyeshadows and i actually got drawn in to getting a palette of them, which you'll see below!!

So I got (From L-R) Twinks, Woodwinked, All That Glitters and Ricepaper!!!

Here are some swatches from left to right, Ricepaper, All That Glitter, Woodwinked and Twinks

I got a Pro Palette 15 to put by eyeshadows in!

Ta-Dah!!!!! It looks so cool!!!!

I got 217 and 209.

I also got the number 4 False Eyelashes which are a reaaaalllly nice, natural eyelashes and are sooo light, it doesn't even feel like you've got False Eyelashes on.

More Eyeshadows!!! So for some reason they still had some stuff from the Daphine Guiness Collection, so I thought I'd get this as its a really nice natural palette.

The Palette is the "Interior Life"

And these are the colours that come with it, However as you can see below i don't think that they are as pigmented as the other eyeshadows I brought!

Next..... Bobbi Brown!!

So these are the things I got, now normally I'm a MAC girl, but my friend (who ONLY uses Bobbi Brown) convinced me to try out some of there products.

So First I got a Creamy Concealer Kit, and the concealer is in Sand and the powder (Sheer Finish Pressed Powder) I love love love!!! And thats in Pale Yellow, and I love the packaging its so sleek and it has a little mirror as well!!

Then I got a blush in Nectar (11) and its a bright, a bright too bright for me i think, buts its gonna look sooo good in the summer!!!

Now... Lancome

Then I the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H in the colour 010, just to try it out really!

Body Shop!!!

This is like my Holy Grail Body Butter, in any smell, right now I'm using the Stawberry Body Butter and I love that one but I want one that has a strong scent that stays longer on my skin than the Stawberry one.

Boots and Superdrug

First I got my everyday moisturiser, which is the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel.

When I got some Boots Cotton Wool Pads for removing my makeup

Then at Superdrug I just got some Waved Hairpins, as Springs here so that means my hair will be up in a bun a lot!

Little Things

Throughout the day I got given a few little samples and picked up somethings.

First I got the Dr. Andrews Weil for Origins Mega Bright Skin Tone Correcting Serum.

Then I just picked up a Chapstick at just a little shop as my lips were feeling kinda dry, and it's in apple and smells Amazing!!!!

Then i got a little sample size of the Lancome Face Cream

Well thats all for now!!!!

Hey Everyone Hope you are all having a great Easter!!

Ours By Taylor Swift, and I really don't know why  LOVE it sooooo much, but I just love the lyrics, the tune and just everything about it!!! I especially Love the lyrics "So don't you worry your pretty little face people throw rocks at things that shine, and live makes love look hard" and the lyrics just make me smile and feel all happy inside, totally random I know!!

Anyway thats all for now

Project Pan!!

Hey Everyone!!
So I decided my going to do project pan, as I was clearing and organising my makeup/skincare area on my vanity and realised that I do have quite a lot of products that I don't use. So I just thought Id' explain it y'all and list all the things that I'm planning to use up!!
Okay, so Project Pan, is basically when you set out to try and use products that you have and don't practically us and while doing that you don't buy anymore products.
So this are the products that I'm hoping to use up this month, and I'll let you know if i succeed:

Skincare
 - Boots Essentials Eye Make-Up Remover Lotion, Fragrance Free, For All Skin Types
 - Nivea Visage Rich Moisturising Day Cream, Intensively Nourishes 24H and Protects For Soft Skin Feeling, With Almond & Calendula Oil Contains Uv Filters
 - Neutrogena Visibly Young Anti Age Eye Cream
 - BareMinerals BareEyes Eye Makeup Remover

Another Reason Why I am doing this is because i really want to try out some new products, for example the Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover and the Bobbi Brown Hydrate Eye Cream, I just feel really bad if I get something that I already have.

Makeup
 - Collection 2000 Colour Lash All Day Lasting Wear Mascara in 1 black
 - Collection 2000 Colour Lash All Day Lasting Wear Mascara in 5 Electric Blue
 - 17 Liquid Liner Eye Liner in Black
 - E.L.F Cream Eyeliner in Black

And once again the same concept as above, so to replace the Collection 2000 Mascara I think I'm gonna get the Bobbi Brown Smudge Proof Mascara, to replace the liquid liner i might get the MAC Super Slick Eyeliner in On The Hunt.

So thanks for reading!! Have you gone on project on before? Or are you considering it? Have YOU tried any of the products I hopefully what to replace??? what did you think of them??? COMMENTS BELOW PLEASEE!!!

Beauty Tip of the Day: Mascara

Hey Everyone!! I just wanted to tell you all a quick tip of the day about mascara. So basically if you start by applying your bottom lash mascara then apply your top lash mascara than you will prevent getting mascara on your brow bone and having to wipe it off and possibly re doing part of your eye makeup!!!

Review: Bare Minerals Prime Time Primers

Bare Minerals Prime Time Foundation and Eyelid Primers

Prime Time Foundation Primer

This Foundation Primer, like quite a few (i think?) contains silica (i think that's how you spell it?) and basically it absorbs oil, so i find it very good to after a day at school and i just want to freshen up the T zone or the whole face.

MAC Nicki Minaj Lipstick!!

So i was lucky enough the other day to receive an email about a week ago asking if I wanted to receive the new MAC Nicki Minaj Lipstick. So the lover of MAC LE I am I thought lets go for it!!
I received on Saturday and just thought I'd give you a little look and review of it!

So here's the packaging, the actually lipstick holder thingy is the same as any MAC lipstick. But the box it comes in is the same as the normal MAC box except it has the Nicki Manaj signature, much like the Viva Glam Gaga Box.

So here's the Lipstick as you can see (well maybe not so much as my camera isn't very good) but i think the swatches look better. The colour is a really really bright pink, it's quite similar to the MAC colour that they came out with out a while ago, i think it was called "Pink Friday" which was also based on Nicki Minaj as well.

So this is the "Viva Glam Gaga 2" and the "Viva Glam Nicki" so as you can see it is very bright compared to "Viva Glam Gaga 2" which is more of a nude color.
I think that i prefer the "Viva Glam Nicki" as i think that i'd wear it more then the "Viva Glam Gaga" I've had the Gaga Lipstick since it came out like this time last year, and to be honest i actually haven't used that much, i reamember i wore it once or twice when i got, as it was my 2nd MAC lipstick, so i was really excited. I've already wore the Viva Nicki more than the Viva Gaga. But i did find that you (well me) shouldn't apply too much, i basically just sort of damb it on my lips to sort of inhance my natural lip colour and make them more pinky!

ANNND of course when you buy this lipstick all the profit goes to charity which i think is super good and i think is just another reason to buy it!

Do you own this lipstick? What do you think of it? Would you repurchase it?

Review: Bare Minerals Starter Kit, Eyes, Lips, Cheeks

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bare Minerals and a new counter just opened in my local city, naturally i was so excited! I'd already got the foundation etc. But i really wanted to try out their eyeshadows, as like the foundations they have a powder to cream formultion, which i really like as you don't get fall out as you would if you were using normal loose pigments. So I went to the counter and asked to the SA to help me chose some eyeshadow etc.

The SA did like a mini makeover on my eyes so that i could try out the eyeshadows and brushes, and really liked them, so i asked her which ones to buy, and she suggested to get the Bare mineral "Starter Kit: Eyes, Lips, Cheeks" because they come with much smaller samples of the eyeshadows (0.28g in case you wondering!) compared to the normal sized eyeshadows (0.57g) and the kit costed £42 which also came with Blush, Brushes and lipgloss so i thought BARGIN!!! As I'm never going to use a huge pot of loose eyeshadow that costs £14 a pot, and as it came with brushes i was even more happy because I LOVE BRUSHES, and considering that that it came with 3 regular brushes that would have cost £47.50 buy them selves i would have just brought it for the brushes, sure there not MAC brushes but they do the job pretty much the same! And i love the fact that they are smaller than the average brush so there really easy to travel with!

So in my kit I got 3 eyeshadows, "Cream Soda",  "Rapture" and "Tigers eye" (which is actually a liner eyeshadow), 1 Blush in "First class ",  a Boxom lipgloss in "Sugar" and 3 brushes, a Angled Blush Brush, a Eyeliner Brush and a Duo Ended Contour and Define Brush!
The thing i love about this starter kit is that they come in different skin tones, so you have Fair to Light, Light to Medium, Medium to Tan and Tan to Deep. I got the Fair to Light, but thats mainly because i liked the colours, so you don't have to stick to the colours get the kit that you like the colours of most, its money in the end so buy want you want.

So here's what i got in the kit minus the lipgloss as i forgot to include it! oops!

A little close up of the products, sorry you can't see the shade "Cream Soda"

And another little look, so from the bottom the eyeshadows are "Cream Soda", "Rapture" which actually looks a lot darker in person and "Tigers eye"

Birds eye view!

From left to right "Cream Soda" "Rapture" "Tigers Eye"

From left to right "Cream Soda" "Rapture" "Tigers Eye"

Unblended Swatches Top to bottom:  "Cream Soda" "Rapture" "Tigers Eye"

Blended Swatches

Packaging of the blush, I don't get why it has an "i.d" on it and the other don't?

"First Class" Blush

Blended in colour

The brushes!!

Overall i found the eyeshadows great as they are a really nice texture and are easily blendable as they are powder to cream! One downside however is that the The blush is great as it looks like it has a lot of shimmer in it in the little tube thingy but on it doesn't really have any! Which it good for me as I'm not a fan of Sparkle Blushes. The one thing i don't like in the packaging because unlike the foundation, warmth and mineral veil they don't have the twist and look system which annoys me as how am i supposed to travel with them!!! They would just get every were!!! The brushes, what else can i say i love them, there soo soft and just really really good brushes!
I think that this would be a great starter kit with the foundation starter kit thingy for anyone who is interested in trying out Bare Minerals products as i feel that you get a good taste from the products and just get to try them out really!

So do you use Bare Minerals makeup what do you think of it? What's you favourite Bare Minerals Products? Comments Below! :)
